The complaint record is serious: documented winnings confiscations (a €3,880 balance seized and ruled unjustified by Casino.guru before being refunded on intervention; a separate €3,980 confiscation; a €13,300 win throttled by the €500/day cap and dripped out over ~40 days), plus repeated withdrawal cancellations citing 'technical errors.' Most seriously, self-exclusion failures are recurring: multiple German players requested GlüStV self-exclusion and were ignored — one received ~35 promotional/deposit-inducement emails after his block request.
