Who we are

BonusTruth (bonustruth.com) is an independent casino and sportsbook comparison service. We are not a gambling operator and do not accept deposits or wagers. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

We deliberately collect very little:

• Outbound click data. When you click through to an operator we log the time, the operator, your approximate region, the page you came from, your IP address and browser user-agent. This is how affiliate referrals are attributed and paid.
• Preference cookies. A region cookie (market) and, if you switch languages, your locale. These are functional, not tracking, cookies.
• Payout reports. If you submit a withdrawal-time report we store the report and your IP address (used solely for rate-limiting abuse).
• Server logs. Our infrastructure and Cloudflare (our CDN/proxy) keep standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security.

We do not run user accounts, we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking pixels, and we do not sell or rent any data to anyone.

Legal basis & retention

Click and conversion records are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (operating an affiliate business) and retained for as long as needed for commission reconciliation. Rate-limiting IPs are retained for 24 hours of relevance and not used otherwise. Functional cookies live in your browser for up to 12 months and can be cleared at any time.

Third parties

When you click through to a gambling operator, that operator becomes an independent data controller under its own privacy policy — what you do on their site is between you and them. Operators report anonymised conversion events back to us (a click ID, not your identity). Our site is served through Cloudflare, whose processing is covered by its own privacy terms.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold (practically: click records tied to your IP). Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Age restriction

This site is for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (18+, 19+ in Ontario). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
